Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India. International shipping is not available yet.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Made-to-order and personalised items take an additional 5–10 working days to create before dispatch. Custom orders follow the timeline agreed with you on WhatsApp.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered 4–8 working days across India through trusted courier partners. Remote areas may take a little longer.

A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹799. Orders of ₹799 and above ship free.

Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹49 handling fee. Courses and workshops are never charged shipping.

A tracking link is sent by WhatsApp and email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Every piece is wrapped in tissue, cushioned and packed in a rigid box. We use recyclable paper packaging wherever it keeps your piece safe.
